Here's an easy one 👀 Medibank is giving away 1,000 free Velocity Points just for getting a health insurance quote. You don't need to buy a policy.
It only takes a few minutes, but it ends Thursday 29 October 2026, so don't leave it too late.
How to get your 1,000 points
1. Go to the Medibank Velocity page.
2. Get a health insurance quote.
3. Enter your Velocity membership number.
4. Agree to be contacted by a Medibank consultant about your quote.
That's it. The points land in your Velocity account within 5 business days.
The catch
You must agree to a call. A Medibank consultant will contact you about your quote. You don't have to sign up when they call, but you do have to agree to the contact to get the points.
Who can get it
• You need to be a Velocity Frequent Flyer member and an Australian resident.
• You can't have held Medibank or ahm health cover in the last 12 months (unless you're a dependant coming off your parents' cover).
• It's one lot of 1,000 points per Velocity member.
• Get your quote by 11:59pm on 29 October 2026.
Actually need health insurance?
If you were already thinking about switching, Medibank's join offer runs until the same date. Join eligible Hospital and Extras or Hospital-only cover with promo code VELOCITY and you can earn 20,000 to 140,000 Velocity Points, depending on your weekly premium. You need to pay by direct debit and keep the same level of cover for at least 120 days, and the points arrive in your fifth month. Always choose a policy because it suits you, not just for the points.
